Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, shipments and processing may take longer than expected. We are working as quick as possible to get your order to you!

Order Processing

Processing times will vary depending on the quantity of orders being fullfilled. I always try to get orders out as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that this shop is run by only one person handling all of the orders from fulfillment to shipping!

If your order is for a special occasion, (birthdays, gifts, etc.) please be sure to let me know and I will do our best to accommodate, and ship the order out as quickly as possible!

 

Shipping

Orders typically ship out once a week. All orders will be shipped via USPS. Once shipped, most domestic orders (within the United States) will take anywhere between 2-10 business days to arrive.

Estimated arrival time will depend on the efficiency of your local post office as well as your location. An email will go out once your item is shipped!

At this time, tracking is available as an add-on option. This is highly recommended for orders of prints or multiple items to guarantee its safe arrival to you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pre-order items will be shipped separately, at a later date than in-stock items. You can follow our social media pages for updates on when pre-order items are shipped!

Please note that I am not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances out of my control. Once shipped, contact your local post office for updates!

If you are located outside the United States, make sure that USPS mail is able to be sent to your country! You can check here for USPS international service disruptions.

 

Returns

All sales are final, and returns/exchanges are not accepted. Please read the item description carefully, and don't hesitate to contact me with questions regarding products before you place an order. 

If an item arrives damaged, please send an email with your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged product, and I will be more than happy to replace the item free of charge. If the replacement item also arrives damaged, unfortunately I cannot replace it again.  

Absolutely no replacements or exchanges on damaged items after 30 days.
